Neha Rathaur

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

My name is Neha (Nay-ha). I work with adults and couples. I believe that with a genuinely kind, supportive, nonjudgmental, and open-minded environment – we can identify who it is you wish to be, where it is you want to go, and the obstacles that are making it difficult to get there. My goal is to provide this space for you while utilizing discussion, listening, reflection, creative exercises, play, and helpful outside resources (e.g., books, videos, audio, meditations, community resources) to collaborate on achieving your goals.

I identify as Indian-American. Growing up in a bicultural environment has provided me with an open-mindedness and respect for the diversity of human experience. As such, it is important to me that I bring a multicultural, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens to therapy.

I believe that our early significant relationships, as well as threatening situations, can create parts of us that, while well intentioned, can contribute to challenges we experience in the present. If you are looking for a safe, culturally sensitive environment to begin counseling, please reach out to schedule an appointment.
