About Me

Hello. My name is Neha (pronounced NAY-ha) and I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. I work with a variety of emotional, relational, and behavioral issues and provide services for both adults and couples. I understand firsthand how daunting it can be to be vulnerable with another person and commend you for taking this first step in your personal growth and healing. I identify as Indian-American and being bicultural has provided me with a unique openness and respect for the diversity of human experience.

I believe that with a supportive, nonjudgmental, and open-minded environment, we can identify who it is you wish to be, where it is you want to go, and the obstacles that are making it difficult to get there. My goal is to provide this space for you while utilizing discussion, listening, reflection, creative exercises, play, and helpful outside resources (e.g., books, videos, audio, meditations, local resources). It is also important to me that I bring a multicultural, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens to therapy.

What Makes Me Credible

I have experience in treating individual adults of all ages as well as couples. I specialize in working with stress management, trauma informed care, depression and anxiety management, relationship issues, adjustment issues, and multicultural concerns. I value using evidence-based approaches backed by scientific literature when working with my clients. Some treatment modalities I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method, and Imago Therapy.
