Lauren Mason

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I’m Lauren Mason, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in couples therapy, with a particular focus on helping couples repair relationships that have suffered an attachment injury, such as deceptions, addictions or affairs. I support couples who are insightful, honest and are committed to therapy as they work to heal and redefine trust, connection, and intimacy. I work with couples to break down the fear and anxiety they might feel, building the skills and tools for respectful engagement and resilience. I want to help you become even stronger because of the challenges you’ve faced.

For individuals struggling in their relationships, I offer therapies focused on attachment styles to support change in the frustrating patterns that seem to negatively impact one’s sense of self. We’ll examine the ways in which you have coped through adversity in the past, while also acknowledging the ways in which these same coping skills hold you back in life now. My goal is to help you heal old wounds, gather the skills to regulate your nervous system differently, and connect more authentically with others in a safe way.

What Makes Me Credible:

My work is focused on helping couples break down the walls between them caused by resentment, pain, anger, and fear. Ultimately, I want to help my clients to find safe and secure attachment in one another.
