Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Hi there! I’m Hayley and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working alongside individuals and couples.

Are you overwhelmed with perfectionism, high-achievement, or hyper-independence? Have you noticed a pattern of not feeling good enough, adequate, or worthy no matter how hard you try? Has this impacted your ability to rely on others, feel connected in your relationships, or authentically connect to yourself? If even part of this feels true, I’d love to work with you.

In my practice with individuals, I help you work through some of these core negative beliefs and patterns to alleviate anxiety, depression, and stressful negative emotions. Using EMDR (a big “T” and little “t” trauma modality), IFS (a framework to bring awareness to different parts of yourself), emotion-focused, and client-centered approaches I hope to help you cultivate compassion and curiosity toward that part of you that needs it most.

In relationships we don’t have 99 different arguments, we have the same argument 99 times. Are you feeling unheard, misunderstood, frustrated, or stuck in a cycle of disagreements with your partner? Whether you are an individual in a relationship or a couple experiencing a season of conflict and difficulty, I am here to help you improve your communication, empathize with one another, reconnect emotionally and physically, and remind you of the qualities in your partner that you first fell in love with.

Come tell your story, be heard without judgement, and experience both a solution-based and deeper emotion-focused approach. Everyone deserves to heal from their past, cultivate healthy relationships with themselves and others, and feel fulfilled in the present.

In my free time you can find me hiking, traveling, camping, working out, doing yoga, reading thriller novels, and trying to be a plant momma (let’s see if my newest avocado sprout will thrive!). A Midwesterner at heart, I enjoy cheese curds, candles, and anything cozy. I am looking forward to learning about all the things that make you uniquely you!
