About Me:

Hi, I’m Hayley and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, experienced in working with clients who encounter relational conflict, body image issues, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and multicultural concerns.

I am passionate about helping couples uncover the behavioral and relational patterns that are not serving their relationship, and rediscover how to laugh, listen, and build a friendship with one another. I provide a place for couples to tell their story, be heard without judgment, and leave with the tools to thrive together.

Sometimes in life, we get stuck; stuck in patterns that are not serving us any longer, but are unsure of what to do or how to change. I help individuals develop an awareness of their patterns, recognize their unique strengths, and lean into their most empowered selves. Everyone deserves to heal from their past struggles, cultivate healthy relationships with themselves and others, and feel fulfilled in the present.

Apart from therapy, I have a background in personal training, which has influenced my style to be very holistic and mind-body centered. I tend to conceptualize client issues from an attachment-based and trauma-informed perspective, via emotion-focused therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based therapy, and the Gottman Method. I want you to feel at ease in your body and have a safe space to express, communicate, and reconnect.

What Makes Me Credible:

  • Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #138746
  • BA in Psychology and Sociology, University of Wisconsin-Madison
  • MA in Counseling, National University
  • Completed Emotionally-Focused Externship for Couples
  • Trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy
