We help couples work as a team to strengthen their marriage or relationship. We focus on communication, partnership and intimacy. Our therapists specialize in Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).

The Gottman Method is an evidence-based and research-tested approach that has an emphasis on skill building so you can expect our therapists to guide you in improving communication skills and increasing positive regard for the relationship. Building friendship and emotional intimacy are cornerstones that can help close the distance between you and your partner.

Using Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) we help couples break through their negative conflict cycles by discovering the longing needs within the relationship. EFT offers a structured, experiential, and humanistic approach to relationship change based on attachment theory. Our focus is on helping the couple to work together as a team to communicate better and connect more. We will support the couple to share authentically, support each other, and clearly express needs and wants.
